Preface

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the current status
and the future prospects of the WISH project,
including the on-going and future international collaboration.

So far the team of SAO (lead by Giovanni Fazio) have submitted
the Missions of Opportunity proposal for NASA SALMON2 program.
The group of LAM (lead by Denis Burgarella) have submitted a letter of intent
to the CNES Missions of Opportunity Program.
This is a good opportunity that future possible partners
see in face to face.

WISH team also invited astronomers from other countries/institutes
to introduce the project and to ask (informal) friendly review comments
to improve it.
